New drainage to new buildings and renovations as well as upgrading and replacing existing drainage
Works included:
- installing and connecting new sewer pump station;
- new 300mm, 225mm and 150mm stormwater, approx 500m;
- new 63mm water main, approx 450m connected into new and existing buildings. Included installing a 50mm backflow prevention device connected to water main and new sub main, toby and meter in street;
- new type two and type one sumps;
- installing new 600mm and 1050mm access and inspection chambers as part of sewer and stormwater.
Job duration: approx 18 months.

Works included:
- 100mm sewer, split into three lots each connected to it own council connection
- 100mm storm water, two systems, one for roof water connected to street via three detention tanks and the other for ground water connect to street
- 40 25mm water mains, one for each unit and one for irrigation
- type 1 sumps
- trenching for power and communication cables
Job duration: approx 3 weeks
